The Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative is excited to bring back this unique experiential learning opportunity for Penn students. The Analytics Accelerator Challenge will match selected students, working in teams, with companies to provide implementable solutions to their most pressing marketing and analytics problems.
Applications from interested students will be accepted from August 26 – September 13. Students selected to participate will be notified by September 20 of their company project, faculty mentor and other team members.
Who is Eligible?
The student application is open to both undergraduate and graduate students. Ideal candidates will show a demonstrated interest in analytics and possess relevant skills ranging from project management, client relations to technical expertise. Technical skills are not required but are certainly a plus.
Most importantly, you must be able to commit a minimum of 10 hours/week for 5 weeks, (October 1 – November 1) and must be available on the following dates & times:
- Friday, September 27 from noon–5 p.m. – Initial meeting with WCAI
- Monday, September 30 from 4–8 p.m. – Project scoping calls with companies
- Friday, November 8 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. – Student Presentations with company representatives
