For almost 10 years, the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative has existed to propel the field of analytics by bridging the space between academia and industry. Our leadership has expertly guided the Initiative from infancy into the powerhouse it is today. With over 18 events annually, 13 active corporate sponsors and research partners, and over 1000 students enrolled in our programs, WCAI is thriving.

But we need an Executive Director to take the organization to the next level and beyond.

Our next Executive Director will be someone who can get stuff done while maintaining relationships with our corporate constituents, and position WCAI on the forefront of thought leadership in the analytics field. The perfect candidate is someone who is comfortable speaking publicly, leading roundtable discussions, and contributing to content creation (e.g. white papers, podcast interviews, and online course content). This position is also directly responsible for managing the Research Director and Associate Director for the center.

WCAI is a high-performing center equipped with a small crew of dedicated team members. The next Executive Director should be prepared to jump in and pilot the Initiative to new heights.
